Susan Sly

Susan Sly is a renowned author, speaker and trainer with over twenty years of experience in the industry of health and nutrition. Susan has guest lectured at universities and colleges. She has appeared on television andradio. She spent over a decade as a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist working with athletes, celebrities and physicians to assist them in creating optimal health. Susan has completed the Boston Marathon twice and also placed top ten in the pro division of the Ironman Triathlon in Malaysia. She has also represented Team Canada in Duathlon and placed top three in several Half Ironman and professional duathlon competitions. Participants love Susan's direct approach and her ability to inspire women to find the answers from within.

Camille Lawson

Camille Lawson is a registered nurse and certified sex therapist. She is an author and media personality. Camille specializes in hormone health, aging and sexuality. She is a mother to three children and recently completed her first half marathon in celebration of her fiftieth birthday. Participants love Camille's heart, compassion and her no-nonsense approach to women's health.

Deborah Wright

Deborah Wright is a registered nurse, certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. She has competed in figure competitions and run half and full marathons. Deborah is also a certified colon hydrotherapist. Deborah is a mother and manages to maintain a lean, healthy body on a demanding schedule. Participants love Deborah's energy and enthusiasm.
